German cuisine is not only about beer and sauerkraut. This place offers real currywurst (a Berlin specialty) and all types of sweet and savoury strudels. You will also find the traditional lebkuchen, which are unique, chewy cakes made with honey, spices, nuts, candied fruits and often topped with confectioners’ sugar glaze.
